The working principle of evaporative cooling fan is the physical principle of using water evaporation to absorb heat to reduce the ambient air. Specifically, the cooling fan is composed of special paper corrugated honeycomb cooling wet curtain with large surface area, high-efficiency and energy-saving fan, water circulation system, ball valve water replenishment device, shell and electrical components.
When the fan motor in the cooling fan is operated when it is powered on, the negative pressure in the cooling fan cavity is rapidly generated, so that the air outside the fan enters the cavity through the wet curtain with strong water absorption. The water on the wet curtain evaporates in the adiabatic state, taking away a large amount of latent heat. The cool cold air after purification and cooling is sent to the workshop by the fan, and through continuous convection, the plant and workshop achieve the effect of refrigeration.
